I’ve got some really exciting news! I just started a new website. www.mettawellness.org
I wanted .com but it was taken already. I really wanted metta though because it means loving kindness. And, I want this new coaching business to be run with loving kindness. There isn’t much up on the site yet. And I haven’t worked out the kinks of paying for services yet. But it is up and people know about it, so the first step is out of the way.
I’ve also created an Instagram for the business so please follow me at @mettawellness_coaching I’ll post something inspirational every day.
In the interim I’m working on getting some yoga and mindfulness videos up on the new website. And, I’m looking to add another service provider who can offer herbal remedies and martial arts.
Anyway, I’d love to know what you think.
